Our Industrial Park is located in the municipalities of Montormés del Vallés and Montmeló, within the area of Vallés Oriental, in the province of Barcelona (Spain). It is bordering with the rivers Congost and Mogent which frame the South and West limits just where Besós river is formed.

It can be reached at 1,8 Km from the exit 13 (Granollers) of the highway AP7 . It is also accessible from the road BV-5001 (Ctra. De la Roca), by train from Montmeló railway station (line R2) and by the regular bus lines of Sagalés Company. The distance from Barcelona in 19 Km, from Girona 80 Km, from Tarragona 115 Km , from Lleida 169 Km, and 134 Km from the border.

A total of 36 companies corresponding to several sectors are placed in the Industrial Park, belonging most of them to the chemical industry and grouping a couple of thousand workers. It has a Management Board which represents all factories and takes care as well of a waste water r treatment station (EDAR) that flows finally to the municipal treatment plant.

The ”Concentración Industrial Vallesana” (CIV) is managed by a Board of Delegates of the 36 companies that is renewed every 4 years. The companies that use the water treatment station form the “Junta d’Aigües” that takes care of the functioning of the EDAR.

Currently the Chairman of the CIV is Mr. Fernando Ruiz and the President of the “Junta d’Aigües” is Mr. Cèsar Nàjar.
